Prior to my involvement in creating a user flow in Figma. There was rampant miscommunication between our medical professionals at Bread of Life, Inc. and our software developers. 

This was a project that had been gestating for a year, with little progress to show for it. Shortly after being hired, I was brought on to assist the team. I quickly learned who the audience for the app was, what the use cases would be, and what capabilities the medical professionals were wanting to be able to access in the app.

I began mocking up the app page by page, just to conceptually understand how the end users would be interacting with it. We would internally workshop my designs, dial them in, and upon presenting the below mockups to our development, suddenly it was night and day. They went from developing an app that really didn't have our objectives at the forefront of its functionality to suddenly having an app that was 95% of the way there.
