A rebrand project that my two-person engagement team at Bread of Life, Inc. took on in the spring of 2024. A reaction to drop in church attendance at St. Johns Downtown in Houston, TX. At the founder's direction, we undertook to renovate the space to be a music venue.

Apart from planning and executing physical renovation plans, we also rebranded the identity of the space, complete with mood boards, mind mapping, customer personas, as well as competitor positioning strategy to ensure that our venue would provide a unique product experience for its Houston guests.

This deck was created by me, along with all the language you see, and the mood boards were created in collaboration with my colleague.
